I live in N Eugene close to the UGB on 1/4 acre. My property line includes
part of the slough it backs up to. I have logged 85 species with the slough
bringing in a wide variety. I count flyovers and those birds that hang out in
and around the slough. My 85th yard bird was a white breasted nuthatch that
popped in a few months ago.

Since my dog has been gone, the cat infestation has increased beyone my wildest
imagination. I always have an opportunity to look at different feathers now
and guess what tasty bird will no longer hang out in my yard.

Marcia in North Eugene.
