Last night, while returning from a state volleyball playoff game (Crook
County High School are the defending state champions), Dorothy and I found a
WESTERN SCREECH OWL sitting in the middle of the road finishing a meal.
This was at the intersection of Reif Rd and Bussett Rd in Powell Butte.
