[obol] 11/6/2007 -- Rough-legged Hawk over Eugene (late report)

On Tuesday Nov. 6, 2007 at 140pm, a ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was circling over
Spring Blvd.'s exit off E. 30th Ave.

 

Sorry for the late report.  I feel this is an unusual location to find this
species. It's the first I've seen inside Eugene's city limits anyway.
