[obol] binoculars advice

I have a business associate who is interested in purchasing some binoculars
for use in building inspections as well as for general personal use.  My
request of obol readers is for a recommendation of a retail outlet where he
can see and test several makes and models.  He is dissatisfied with GI Joes'
selection, so for that reason I put it to you for help.  Thank you.
