[obol] Binocular repair question

My Bushnell (model: Legend) binoculars need to be repaired. I don't recall dropping them, but something has happened to them. They focus at close range (less than about 75 feet) with both eyepieces, but at a distance, the left eyepiece cannot be focused. The right eyepiece is fine. 
   
  Does anyone out there know what might cause this, and if there is a place in Portland that repairs binoculars? I've had them for several years and don't think it is a workmanship issue, so it would not be covered by warranty.
