partly sunny with slow-moving incoming squalls, wind W 10-30,
6-8 ft swells.

2000+ Northern Fulmars (S densest in first hour, roughly equal
light/dark with several very dark birds noted)

500 Brandt's Cormorants (N)
4 Pelagic Cormorants
2 Northern Pintail
3 American Wigeon
25 scaup sp.
9 Harlequin Ducks (S)

+ several un-ID'd whales on the horizon, spouts looked like
Humpbacks but were getting immediately wind-blasted.
Also saw an adult Eagle grab a pale Fulmar off the water, but it
was only able to get about 30 feet up before dropping it.
