[obol] Tree Sparrow inquiry

I'm interested to know the winter status of Am Tree Sparrow east of the
Cascades except for Umatilla, Union, Wallowa and Baker Cos.

Available sources suggest that it is irregular, perhaps not annual, west of
Morrow Co and south of the Blue Mtns., almost annual to the Blitzen Valley
and n. Malheur Co.  Comments welcome.
