[obol] Chapman School Vaux Swifts

With others reporting Vaux Swifts, I thought I would share that there's 
still a pretty large group congregating at the Chapman School chimney in NW 
Portland.  I arrived tonight after they had started entering the chimney but 
from the "cloud" of them that I saw and from what I heard from someone who 
had been watching, there are at least 1000 of them still here.  The other 
person reported seeing a Peregrine Falcon earlier.
