[obol] RBA: Coos TROPICAL KINGBIRD 10/4

Tim Rodenkirk called to report a TROPICAL KINGBIRD from the north spit of 
Coos Bay.  The bird was at the end of TransPacific Lane at the end of the 
pavement (circle turn-a-round).  It was flycatching from a fence along the 
sandy road out to the beach (bayside).

I took some decent photos, but forgot the setting was on HUGE and can't post 
until I figure out how to decrease the size.
