[obol] Possible SLATY-BACKED GULL

I photographed a gull at Big Creek mouth, Lane Co today that may be an adult
Slaty-backed.  It was NOT present later in the morning but could still be
around.  This location is a few miles north of Heceta Head.  Plenty of
parking by 101 and a trail down the bluff to the creek.
