[obol] Black Rosy Finches in Crook County?

On October 2, John Coffey found 3-4 Black Rosy Finches in eastern Crook
County near Rager Ranger Station.  This is a very interesting sighting and
I've got some locals checking it out.  If confirmed, this would be the first
county record.
