[obol] Cabin Lake and Fort Rock

Birding was slow but the following was seen

Cabin Lake:

Prairie falcon
Red tailed hawk
Clarks Nutcracker
Mountain Chickadee
Hairy woodpecker
Raven
American robin

Fort Rock:

California Quail
Golden eagle
Red tailed hawks 
Kestrels
Rock Wren
Unknown sparrow 
Raven
Loggerhead Shrike (this was the best because it sat on top of an defoliated tree for about 5 mins, feaking and cleaning it's feathers!!)
