[obol] Bobwhite, N. Portland

We were blackberry picking this morning in the vicinity of Woolsey and 
Fessenden, by the field and patch of woods overlooking the railroad track, 
and got a nice look at a Northern Bobwhite out walking in the grass before 
he ducked back under the brambles.  I don't think I've ever seen one in 
Portland before, and was wondering if anyone was aware of an existing 
population in the vicinity or if this guy is an isolated escape/release?
