[obol] Possible Bay-breasted Warbler in Seaside

Steve Warner just called to report a strange warbler in the shrubbery
across from his house at about 17th and Holladay in Seaside.  Greenish
above, yellowish below, well defined wing-bars, yellowish under-tail
coverts.  His best guess was hatch-year female BAY-BREASTED WARBLER.

He also heard a buzzy "zip" which may have been produced by the bird.
