[obol] Common Terns/Lane Co

I believe that I saw a two of these flying overhead yesterday morning (around 11) in the Fisher Butte section.  The one that I saw best had a black cap, an orange-ish bill, and dark coloring on the end of its wings.  They were definitely not Black Terns, but I wasn't sure which other species of tern would be present out here.

	Just received a call from Dave Irons of a group of COMMON TERNS  
flying around Fern Ridge Dam. He is standing at the observation area  
on top of the dam which is just south of the parking lot from Kirk  
Pond. This is at 9:55 am.
