[obol] Fern Ridge Terns, Lane Co.

Obol,
    Scoping out my office window above the dam.  I spotted a few COMMON
TERNS still on Fern Ridge Reservoir.  Initially I spotted 3 near a buoy on
the middle of the lake.  This motivated me a little and I actually got
outside.  Continuing scoping I saw the tern flock and counted at least 10
COMMON TERNS.  Also flying about were 2 CASPIAN TERNS.
