[obol] Astoria Red-Shouldered Hawk, Merlin

Yesterday I found an adult RED-SHOULDERED HAWK on a telephone line by L & C Racing Tech (1 mile south of Astoria),  and this morning had my first MERLIN of the year streak in front of my windshield near L & C Elementary (1.5 mi S of Astoria).
