[obol] RFI: Mountain Quail, Spotted Owl

NO SIGHTINGS.

Over the next few weeks, I will be spending quite a bit of time along the
length of Oregon's coast and in the coastal range.  I am hoping to find
MOUNTAIN QUAIL and SPOTTED OWL.  If anyone has recommendations/tips on where
to look, I would be grateful for general and/or specific advice.
