Obol,
   The juvenile AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVER continued Tuesday afternoon very near
where Tom described.  It was south of Gibson Island, on the east side, very
near the 2nd Osprey pole north of Royal.  No Sharp-tailed could be found
further north, but there are lots of places for a sharp-tailed to hide out
there.
