[obol] Lapland Longspur

[Schrouder Don]

	A single LAPLAND LONGSPUR was located this morning north of Royal  
Ave accompanied by 30-40 AMERICAN PIPITS. Also present to see the  
bird was a couple from Corvallis, Bill and Lena and one other birder  
about to leave for the big game at Autzen. Didn't get his name.
	Other birds were hard to come by as there was also a MERLIN and a  
PEREGRINE FALCON working the area.

	Royal Ave. is located in Lane County west of Eugene. The Longspur  
was initially found feeding below the first Osprey platform north of  
Royal as you walk west on the old roadway.
