[obol] beak deformities

I talked to a fellow camper and birdwatcher near Silverlake WA a few weeks ago who said he had seen a beak deformity on a hawk north of Seattle WA, but it wasn't until I heard and read this on OPB that I believed him (sorry Sam if you're reading this).
