[obol] Bustits nest, Great Horned Owl chick, Ospreys, D-C Cormorants

It looks like spring has come for the BUSHTITS in Portland.  After seeing my 
usual flock at my feeder a few days ago, I am now just seeing a few at a 
time, and today on NW 26th and Savier I saw two Bushtits working together on 
making a nest.  It was mostly spider silk, with some lichen.

On my run today along the Willamette I saw about 10 DOUBLE-CRESTED 
CORMORANTS and one had beautiful large white crests.

And to catch up on other sightings, yesterday Wink Gross and I birded around 
Sauvie Island.  On Oak Island Road we saw a perched adult GREAT HORNED OWL 
with two chicks on a nearby branch, and at the nest that is 1.9 miles west 
of Coon Point, there was a large fluffy chick in the nest with a parent on a 
nearby branch.

On Rentenaar Road we heard a VIRGINIA RAIL and saw two OSPREYS perched near 
the nest that has been used in past years.  A photo is at
