[obol] Black- footed Albatross

Is there anyone who might know about banded Albatross ?  A friend who is a commercial fisherman here in Port Orford came in and said he had 3 or 4 Black-footed Albatoss following his boat yesterday about 15 miles out and one of them had a yellow leg band. I said I would see if we could find out anything....
