[obol] Seaside: E. Collared-Dove

Seaside, Clatsop Co.

I woke to a EURASIAN COLLARED-DOVE singing outside my window this
morning. Steve Warner called to say he saw one fly by his house earlier
this morning too. This was a county bird for me, as they have not yet
become regular in Clatsop yet, or at least we have yet to discover any
regular spots for them.
