Yesterday evening ended with a female RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD and a pair of
ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS flitting around my yard in the Eugene lowlands just
west of downtown Eugene. This morning started with their reappearance, as
well as a LINCOLN'S SPARROW, ORANGE-CROWNED SPARROW, and a BLACK-CAPPED
CHICKADEE. This diverse little crew has all been very actively moving
around in and flying between my hedges for the past hour. First time I've
seen a Lincoln's Sparrow in my yard.
