[obol] winter JoCo Chat

A person residing along the Rogue River reported observing a Yellow-breasted Chat on or about 6 Jan 08.  A birding friend that knows this lady is working to get a report.  The lady was sent a digital photo of a Chat and she indicated, yes...that's the bird I saw.  She remembers the white spectacles in particular.  KBO banded a Chat along Bear Creek about this time of the year in the past, so it's possible.  Will keep OBOL informed as to how this progresses.

There seemed to be several "summer" birds hanging around the valley this winter.  A Tanager on the GP CBC and a Kingbird on Medford CBC..., so again, Chat might be possible too.
