[obol] Paulina WRS and Harris's Sparrow

Today, I did the Paulina Winter Raptor Survey sponsored by the East Cascades
Bird Conservancy.  This was in Eastern Crook County.  The weather was good
and raptor numbers were about average with hawk numbers being low and eagle
numbers high.

12 Bald Eagles
11 Golden Eagles
11 Red-tailed Hawks
3 American Kestrels
1 Rough-legged Hawk
1 Prairie Falcon
1 Cooper's Hawk

I also saw 25 WILD TURKEYS (19 near Post and 6 in Rager) and one HARRIS'S
SPARROW in the metropolis of Paulina.
