[obol] Lane Co. Raptor Route #2 / Unusual Buteo

Hello All,
 
I took advantage of my free day today and surveyed the Lane County #2 Route. 
This 80 mile route covers the West Eugene Wetlands area and north between 
Greenhill Road and River Road to Hwy 36 near Junction City then between Hwy 99W 
and Washburn Road to the Lane County line.
 
Numbers for today:
 
RTHA - 14
AMKE - 29
NOHA - 11
WTKI - 5
RSHA - 1
BAEA - 7 (3A, 4S)
RLHA - 4
PEFA - 1
MERL - 1 (eating female Brewer's Blackbird)
 
After the route, I took Alvadore road back towards Eugene and encountered an 
unusual plumaged Buteo. I was able to get a few pics, but I don't have a site 
to post them to. If anyone would like to try to ID, I can e-mail them.
