Folks

Here is a GREAT way to keep your cats from getting attacked by GH Owls
or Bald Eagles, or even from getting hit by a car!

From the American Bird Conservancy, an awesome organization:

Cheers

>Hi all. Jorrie & Ken's observation may explain what happened to our feral cat at the Zimmerman Farm. She is 10 or ll years old now, spayed of course. She never crosses Sandy Blvd, which is why I think she's made it this long, but she showed up with a severely dislocated hip, her leg was rotated the wrong direction at the hip and sticking straight up in the air over her back, but she had no other injuries. I was thinking maybe Great Horned Owl until I saw the Bald Eagles the other day. Poor cat, things are getting better for her but she will never be the same.
