Pardon me, please, for breaking in, as I'm *nowhere near a birder like you 
all are.  I'm only feeding backyard birds, and haven't been doing that for 
very long, especially here in Oregon.  I'm wondering where I can find an 
email list or some other resource for basic birding clues, advice, ID and 
other help?  Or perhaps some web resource where one could ask questions and 
get feedback?
