Hi folks, I know an inside cat is a happy cat. Apartments have proliferated in the area I live in. Unfortunately, SOME not all, apartment dwellers are not good pet owners and they leave their cats behind when they move out.
I try not get too involved anymore, but jump in when I absolutely have to.
