[obol] Addendum: Bohemian Waxwings and Lapland Longspur

Hi Obolers: 

Chris reminded me that I forgot to include a flock of 50 BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS near Hilgard State Park (8 miles south of Lagrande) and two LAPLAND LONGSPURS located Strawberry Rd which is close to Ione and where we had the Snowy Owl. 

Sorry it was late when I did the trip report.
