[obol] Harrisburg Coburg Raptor Run Feb. 11

Robin Gage and I enjoyed good weather for our February raptor run on Monday
this week.

We beat our previous all-time record of 21 BALD EAGLES, set just last month,
by finding 37 of them - 16 adults and 21 immatures.
AMERICAN KESTREL numbers were down by about a third.  We found a beautiful
and cooperative ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK along the portion of Mt. Tom Drive that
parallels the freeway.

Count Results:

23   Red-tailed Hawk
19   American Kestrel
  2   Northern Harrier
37   Bald Eagle
  1   Rough-legged Hawk
