[obol] Broughton Beach, Portland today

Broughton Beach on the Columbia River located near the airport in Portland 
was quite productive today.  Besides finding one John Fitchen, one Iain 
Tomlinson, and a flyby Tom McNamara, there were:

4 HORNED LARKS presumably Arcticola with white instead of yellow on the 
heads
1 COMMON LOON
1 RED-THROATED LOON
3 WESTERN GREBES
2 EARED GREBES
4 HORNED GREBES
1 SHORT-EARED OWL
2 COMMON GOLDENEYE (first I've seen at this location)
~10 LESSER SCAUP
1 GREATER SCAUP
10 AMERICAN COOT
