[obol] Bend Alfalfa Raptor Survey

I covered the Bend-Alfalfa route yesterday 2/16 under blue skies, calm winds, and temps. between 41- 53 degrees.

Bird numbers are still down from last year.  The Red-tails are really pairing up.  saw lots of soaring pairs.  I couldn't find the 2 dark morph Rough-legged Hawks in Alfalfa this month.
