[obol] Josephine co. intergrade flicker - dead

On Feb. 15th, a neighbor reported to me (what I believe is) a dead 
intergrade Northern Flicker that he retrieved in his yard from a 
cat.  His place is on the edge of Takilma, Illinois Valley, Josephine 
Co.  My neighbor sent me several photos.

The dead bird has the head of a Red-Shafted - gray with a red malar, 
no red on the nape.  The underwings, undertail and primary wing 
feather shafts are very much yellow.

Beautiful bird (as are all flickers).
