[obol] Bald Eagle/Peregrine Falcon North Portland

I saw the falcon twice in the last month under the St.
John's Bridge. Peregrines have been there previously,
but are sometimes hard to spot. I saw the eagle on N.
Greely, near Swan Is. I hope these are signs of a
future for these magnificant creatures.

Also, there are some beautiful Canvasback, and Ruddy
Ducks out near the Expo Center right now. Lots of
birds in general down near the golf course and race
track. Swallows, Kestrel, Red Tailed Hawk, Great Blue
Herons, etc. I saw a coyote sleeping near some ducks
in the canal - it must have been full already, or very
tired.
