[obol] Advice needed - where is best Latin American birding on a budget?

I would like to treat myself to a little trip when I
turn 60 in November.  Just curious about your
opinions.  If you only had a week or 10 days, and were
on a shoestring budget, which Latin country would you
pick?  (I've already been to Baja, Northern Mexico,
Western Cuba, and Costa Rica - I want to go somewhere
