[obol] South Jetty CR Gyrfalcon

Evan and I were traipsing over the driftwood wrack line at the 
shorebirdponds of the South Jetty of the Columbia River at about 1130 
hrs today and flushed up a dark phase GYRFALCON.  Beauty-bird!  It 
quickly flapped off towards the  river and Astoria.  It has taken ten 
years of living here to connect with this nemesis bird. Yay!

Also heard a lone LEAST SANDPIPER, otherwise it was kinda quiet.
