[obol] Highlights from Pacific City's Birding & Blues Festival

In February of 1985 I saw a PRAIRIE FALCON near the Tillamook airport on 
a trip I was leading. Jim Johnson was also there. This is the only other 
record of Prairie Falcon of which I am aware for Tilla Co., though it 
would not surprise me to learn that there are additional.
