[obol] No Arctic Loon at Brownsmead

There was about 2-5 cm of icy snow in Astoria this AM, which is enough to
cancel school here, so Evan and I decided to try for the Brownsmead Arctic
Loon for the first time in '08.  It was a miss, though we did find 54
species without trying too hard, including GREAT EGRET at Svensen Island,
and RED-BREASTED MERGANSER drake and a RED-NECKED GREBE by the netpens in
Blind Slough.  The only loon present was the RED-THROATED.  Also looked for
but couldn't locate the Black Phoebe or Palm Warbler.
