[obol] ARRGH Corruption

       That pesky "double 'S' legal diacritical mark" got corrupted from the spelled word  section in the difficult URL on the text of my most recent message as well as the URL itself.  I suppose one might try copy & paste the URL & if it shows the goofy mark delete it & type in the word  section  itself in place of the goofy mark.
