[obol] Semi-pelagic birding

For those who like pelagic birds but not pelagic trips, from Baja Oregon,
there is news that the LAYSAN ALBATROSS continues at Point Arena Cove where
he has wintered for the last 15 years. This is in southern Mendocino County.
