[obol] Wilson's Phalaropes at TRNWR

The WILSON'S PHALAROPES are still at the Tualatin River National Wildlife
Refuge off 99W near Sherwood.  It is definitely a pair and judging by how
they flew circles over our heads as we walked on the dike road past the
stand of willows they disappeared into I would say they are nesting.  This
was on Sunday afternoon. Birds of Oregon doesn't show a breeding site symbol
for Washington County, although there is one close to it.  Does anyone know
if this would be a first for Washington County?
