[obol] Booth-Kelly pond again

I birded the outflow of the Booth-Kelly sawmill pond in Springfield this afternoon. I saw the usual:

two MOURNING DOVES, a BREWERS BLACKBIRD, two KILLDEER, one female AMERICAN GOLDFINCH, one KINGFISHER, TREE and VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS and one BLACK PHOEBE.

I saw a MALLARD hen with seven little chicks. Isn't this late for new hatchlings?

I also saw a lot of small DRAGONFLIES.
