[obol] Black tern at Philo Sewage ponds

Hi all-

  Jim and Karl and I just took a quick trip to the Philomath Sewage Ponds.  Even at 4pm on a hot and windy day, many birds were 
present, including the immature BLACK TERN seen by others.  We also had Hendrik's western and least sandpipers and killdeer and 
Doug's Wilson's phalaropes.  Also a batch of ducks of various sizes and shapes, the only easily identified ones being ruddy ducks. 
We did see a female teal with a blue speculum, with small young.  A busy place.
