[obol] Prineville Shorebirds

While birding Prineville Sewer Ponds yesterday, I found a Semipalmated
Sandpiper mixed in with about 80 Western and Least Sandpipers.  I also found
about 50 peeps at Ochoco Reservoir along with 2 Dowitchers.
