[obol] Elegant Tern update

There were still at least 4 ELEGANT TERNS at the Necanicum Estuary
at 15:30hr.  There are also a lot of CASPIAN TERNS (300+) including
many hatch-year birds.  Don't be fooled.

Plenty of BROWN PELICANS as well.

Steve Warner also reports a SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER from the Gearhart
side of the Estuary at Little Beach.
