[obol] Crook County Red-shouldered Hawk

Yesterday, Nancy MacDonald found a juvenile RED-SHOULDERED HAWK east of
Prineville.  The bird is on hwy 26 about 1/4 mile from the Forest Service
office and very near the weigh station.  It's sitting on the wires looking
for food near the small canal that runs along 26.  This is about the 5th or
6th county record for this species.
