[obol] coastel white-headed WP question

There are no Coos records of this species and I have always figured this species to be highly unlikely to show up on the coast.  Did this person get a good feel on size, it wasn't a Pileated Woodpecker, right?  The information provided makes it sound plausible, but I would appreciate some more info on the observation if you could get some.
